Vetted Submittal
Two to three curated candidates — not a broad slate. Each submittal includes our qualitative assessment, relevant project experience, compensation expectations, and honest fit notes. We tell you what we actually think.

Interview Coordination
We coordinate scheduling, prepare candidates for your process, and debrief both parties after each round. We stay actively involved through the entire interview cycle — not as a passive transaction processor.

Offer & Close
We assist with offer structuring, compensation benchmarking, and negotiation support. Our goal is a clean close that sets up a long, productive employment relationship — not a quick placement that unravels in 60 days.

Guarantee & Follow-Through
Our 90-day guarantee reflects our confidence. If something goes wrong within 90 days due to termination for cause, we go back to work at no additional fee. We stay in contact with both parties after the start date.
