Patrick Morse began his career working for a landscaping and earthwork subcontractor through high school — before earning a degree in Construction Management and advancing through the office ranks at both large ENR-ranked firms and high-performing regional organizations across Southern California.
He has delivered projects across Lump Sum, GMP, and Design-Build contract structures, with extensive preconstruction experience — having coordinated with estimating and marketing teams on competitive pursuits, reviewed prime contracts, and supported project strategy from pursuit through execution. That depth of cross-functional experience is what every VSP search is built on.
