Patrick Morse began his career working for a landscaping and earthwork subcontractor through high school, building an early understanding of field operations and the physical reality of construction before ever stepping into an office. After earning a degree in Construction Management, he advanced through the office ranks at both large ENR-ranked national firms and leaner high-performing regional organizations across Southern California.

Patrick has delivered projects across Lump Sum, GMP, and Design-Build structures across education, hospitality, seismic retrofits, large-scale tenant improvements, and complex commercial work. He has acted as a pursuit champion, led preconstruction coordination with estimating and marketing teams, reviewed prime contracts, negotiated change orders, and managed the full project lifecycle from competitive pursuit to owner occupancy.

This Acknowledgment is between Vetted Search Partners LLC ("VSP") and the Candidate named below. During the 60-day Exclusivity Period, the Candidate agrees to work exclusively with VSP for construction industry employment opportunities and will not engage any other recruiting firm during this period.

Every introduction requires prior consent. VSP’s fees are paid exclusively by the hiring employer. If no suitable opportunity is identified within 60 days, this Agreement expires automatically and the Candidate is free to engage other representation. The standard 12-month candidate ownership period applies to all introductions made prior to termination.
